Meet Our Staff

I’m the first person you see when you enter our office. I’m here to make your journey to a perfect smile as smooth as possible. From scheduling appointments to taking payments, I’ve got you covered with a friendly and helpful touch. I enjoy seeing our patients transform their smile and working with the great team we have here.

When I’m not in the office you can find me at the lake, visiting with friends and spending time with my family.

I handle the business side of the office, including accounts payable/receivable, managing the internal office general ledgers and accounting systems, and doing whatever else needs to be done to ensure a smooth-running office! Having started as a receptionist, then treatment coordinator, and now the bookkeeper, I enjoy having the ability to assist in growing the practice and our staff. I especially love seeing the before-and-after photo! I find it wonderful to meet so many patients and their families, and watch as they grow over the years they are in treatment.

When I am not at work, I love spending time with my kids, their fur babies, and my first grandchild. I enjoy working in my yard, visiting our beautiful lakes, traveling and spending time with friends.

I am devoted to enhancing your orthodontic experience through internal marketing systems. I am in charge of posting all the fun activities we do on our social media accounts and promoting our in-office contests to show appreciation for our patients and parents. At new patient exams, I make sure everything is ready to go as you start your orthodontic journey with us, and follow through with a consultation ensure all questions are answered about your treatment plan and financials. I enjoy working alongside the orthodontists and staff who have many years of combined experience. I learn something new every day! It is a pleasure to come to work where we have a fantastic team that really cares about our patients. We all work really hard but still manage to have fun and laugh.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, camping, am an avid sports fan, and enjoy going to country music concerts.

Heidi is currently on maternity leave with her second child, we look forward to her return in the fall of 2024!

Upon meeting at your first appointment, I will assist the orthodontist with your initial treatment plan and help coordinate the first steps toward a new beautiful smile. I coordinate referrals between orthodontist, dentists, and specialists with whom they work in conjunction. I also may be spotted in the office taking records such as digital scans, X-rays, and photos. I enjoy working with our patients and their parents to create financial arrangements and payment plans that fit their budget. The best part is seeing patients who are eager and excited to start orthodontics!

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, shopping, DYI projects, and travelling.

You’ll find me actively involved in various aspects of our office. In the clinic, I support the doctors by assisting with procedures like wire changes, appliance checks (including bandings and bondings), and delivering exceptional patient care. I’m also the digital assistant who collaborates with Dr. Cadman on clear aligner and LightForce treatment planning, 3D printing, aligner fabrication, and all computer-related tasks. Beyond clinical and digital responsibilities, I’m frequently at the front desk handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and attentively addressing my patients’ concerns while ensuring their questions are thoroughly answered. Witnessing patient transformations brings me immense joy, and I take pleasure in building meaningful connections with each individual throughout their treatment journey.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me on the golf course, in the dance studio, or spending time with family and my dog, Piper.

I assist our orthodontists during adjustments and help with changing wires, applying and removing braces and appliances, and lab work. Just as important, I make sure all patient and parent questions are answered. My favourite part of my job is the hands-on time with patients that our job allows. It is so exciting to see how thrilled our patients are with the beautiful smile they end up with. It’s hard to believe I’ve been doing this for over 25 years already! Time really does fly when you’re having fun!

I enjoy spending time with my family and grandkids, time at the lake, working in my yard, my pets, and doing crafts — especially knitting.

I work with the orthodontists on our patients, help to prep the teeth for brackets, change wires, adjustments, check appliances, and make sure patients are comfortable during treatment. I also take diagnostic records (X-rays, photos, digital scans) and enjoy educating patients on their orthodontic procedures/treatment and at home care. I especially like putting braces on and seeing the patient’s expression when he or she sees their finished smile for the first time. I enjoy working with such an amazing team and doctors that have a great passion for orthodontics!

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and raising my daughters with my husband, going to the lake in the summer, and traveling to warmer climates in the winter.

I work at chairside to assist the orthodontists with adjustments, change wires, bond braces, and place orthodontic appliances. I also take X-rays and educate patients on the proper care and use of orthodontic appliances. I love the great relationships made with our patients during their time here. It’s amazing to see patients from start to finish and witness a patient’s expression when he or she sees their smile for the first time without braces.

Out of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and 2 granddaughters. I love being outdoors and partaking in lots of activities such as hiking, kayaking, and biking.

I assist the orthodontists at chairside, take diagnostic records, and do lab work such as making retainers, taking braces off, and assisting with clear aligner cases. I love working hands-on with patients and getting to know them during their time in treatment. I enjoy performing debands at the end of orthodontic treatment and developing the before-and-after photos to show patients. It’s great to see the excitement and satisfaction on their faces! Seeing their big smiles at the end of treatment is the best!

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, my grandbabies, and going for walks with my dogs. I love to travel and my favourite destination is Hawaii!

I work in our on-site lab, making orthodontic appliances for treatment and the retainers that keep the finished smile perfect. I also take X-rays and digital impressions, handle inventory and ordering supplies, and provide backup to the other assistants. I especially enjoy seeing patients at their initial records appointments, then seeing them for their final records and developing their before-and-after photos. It’s so fulfilling to see the patients from start to finish!

When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending my time with my family, my niece & 3 nephews, walking my dog Nikki, going to the lake, gardening, attending local sporting events, volunteering, and traveling. I am also an active member of the Prince Albert Kinette Club.
